Electro-Stock's acceptance of Buyer's order is expressly made
conditional on Buyer's assent to the terms and conditions set forth
in quotations including Electro-Stock's published terms and
conditions herein.
Terms: Credit Cards preferred (Master Card, Visa or American
Express). Net 30 days with approved credit.

Accounts
not paid within 45 days will be put on credit hold until the account
is brought up to date. Repeated late pay will result in a loss of
credit terms. A $30.00 charge will apply for all returned NSF [non
sufficient funds] checks]. For international orders add
International Wire Transfer Fee of $20.00 USD per shipment.
We need Payment in advance before we order the items internationally. We need
your DHL Int'l #, UPS Int'l # or FEDEX Int'l # for Freight Collect on your
Account. You will be responsible for Duties.
Open Account: To apply for open account, request
Electro-Stock to fax a copy of our credit application. We require a
Bank, three trade references with Fax Numbers, bill to address, ship to address and
State Resale Number.
Quotations: Good for 30 days. Specifications are
subject to change. Pricing is confirmed barring any unforeseeable
raw material increases or abnormal exchange rate fluctuations.
Blanket Orders: Release dates not to exceed a period of one
(1) year from the date of order entry. Release dates must be shown
on purchase order. Number of releases are stipulated in our formal
quotation.
Minimum Order: $100.00 / Order . We typically have no minimum
order quantity amount. Should the factory impose a minimum order
quantity on Electro-Stock, the minimum quantity may be passed along
to the customer.
Cancellations: Non-cancelable, non-returnable applies to all
orders. Depending upon circumstances, some orders may be canceled
only upon the expressed written consent of Electro-Stock and
Cancellation Charges would be determined on a case by case basis.
Delivery: If item is in our stock and order is placed by
1:00pm Central Standard Time we ship the same day. If item is not in
stock the factory promise date will apply. Factory promise dates are
best estimates and are subject to change due to unforeseen
circumstances.
Shipping: We ship via UPS Ground as standard. Other routing
methods will be by customer authorization only. This includes UPS
Red & Blue, FedEx Priority and DHL. Also, customer specified carrier
requires a customer account number to ship freight collect. Some
items may require special packaging and may incur packaging costs in
addition to shipping charges. International shipments (except
Canada) require Bank Wire Transfer of funds in advance and a FEDEX,
UPS or DHL Account number for freight collect.
Remit Payments: Company Checks should be made out to Electro-Stock
and sent to:
Electro-Stock, Inc. 1218 E. Wilson Ave. Wheaton, IL 60187
Returns: No returns will be accepted without prior
authorization by Electro-Stock. The respective suppliers to
Electro-Stock warrant all products.
