Accounts not paid within 45 days will be put on credit hold until the account is
brought up to date. Repeated late pay will result in a loss of credit terms. A
$40.00 charge will apply for all returned NSF [non sufficient funds] checks].
Open Account: To apply for open account, request Electro-Stock to fax a
copy of our credit application. We require a Bank, three trade references, bill
to address, ship to address and State Resale Number.
Quotations: Good for 30 days. Pricing and specifications are subject to
change. All Stock Items are quoted on a first come, first serve basis and are
subject to change without notice.
Blanket Orders: Release dates not to exceed a period of (6) months from
the date of order entry. Release dates must be shown on purchase order. Number
of releases are stipulated in our formal quotation.
Minimum Order: $100.00 / Order . We typically have no minimum order
quantity amount. Should the factory impose a minimum order quantity on
Electro-Stock, the minimum quantity may be passed along to the customer.
Cancellations: Non-cancelable, non-returnable applies to all orders.
Depending upon circumstances, some orders may be canceled only upon the
expressed written consent of Electro-Stock and Cancellation Charges would be
determined on a "case by case" basis.
Delivery: If item is in our stock and order is placed by 1:00pm Central
Standard Time we ship the same day. If item is not in stock the factory promise
date will apply. Factory promise dates are best estimates and are subject to
change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping: We ship via UPS Ground as standard. Other routing methods will
be by customer authorization only. This includes UPS Red & Blue, FedEx
Ground & Priority
and DHL. Customer specified carrier require a customer account number to ship
Freight Collect. Some items may require special packaging and may incur
packaging costs in addition to shipping charges. For Foreign shipments we
require Bank Wire Transfer in advance and a FEDEX, UPS or DHL Account number for
Freight and Duty Collect.
Remit Payments: Checks should be made out to Electro-Stock, Inc. and sent
to:

Returns: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization by
Electro-Stock. The respective suppliers to Electro-Stock warrant all products
and are responsible for respective ISO Standards .
