Ideal for industrial and commercial wire-to-board applications where frequent wire terminations will occur. Use where a malfunctioning circuit board will be removed, repaired and reinstalled, and when the primary objective is to speed and facilitate factory/field wiring in order to gain significant installation cost savings. Conta-Clip’s Spring Clamp PC Board Terminal Blocks arc comprised of single pole, snap together, sectional elements that are combined to form multi-pole assemblies. This assembly capability reduces inventory and simplifies ordering. Conta-Clip’s Spring Clamp PC Board Terminal Blocks feature a specially designed stainless steel spring which forces and maintains the conductor against the contact pin ensuring a highly efficient electrical connection while protecting the wire strands from fraying or breakage. Because all non-ferrous construction is used, environmental corrosion concerns are minimized. Choose from (3) methods of spring clamp actuation – screwdriver, push lever with screwdriver or push lever with finger, Special housing design allows Metric Pin Spacing to be easily adjusted to fit US Pin Spacings. Dual pins provide mechanical strength while minimizing the possibility of board damage. Use with stranded, prepared (ferrules) and solid connectors. Select from 45° and Front Wire Entries. |
